What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.
The expected range for this role is $80,000 to $100,000 per year Bonus DOE. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.

What you’ll do:
- Develop quarterly reports in accordance with acquisitions and maintain accounting estimation and models.
- Actively working on transactional accounting (including recording of transactions, purchase price calculations, setting up transactions in the system, etc.).
- Assist in technical accounting research.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- CPA preferred.
- 3 years of accounting experience.
- Public Accounting and/or Real Estate experience is required.
- A reputable real estate firm to build your career.
