What You'll Do
- Manage the shipping and receiving of IT equipment domestically and internationally using FedEx and DHL, processing 2-3 packages per week to the US, Canada, and Mexico
- Maintain accurate asset records and inventory tracking using an asset management platform, tagging and updating equipment records to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
- Provide backup support for basic computer troubleshooting, machine imaging, and IT ticket resolution alongside a collaborative team
- Process return authorizations and maintain detailed documentation of IT assets, purchase orders, and delivery receipts
