Who you are:
- Proven operations leader with P&L ownership in manufacturing, plant, warehouse, or distribution environments
- Hands-on, floor-focused manager who builds trust through action and direct communication
- Comfortable leading blue-collar teams and handling challenging employee situations with maturity
- Experience using ERP/HRIS systems (NetSuite, ADP, or similar) in an operational setting
- Work authorization: No current or future sponsorship available
- Own day-to-day operations and full P&L performance for a single-site operation
- Lead production, warehouse, inventory, shipping/receiving, and asset management activities
- Partner closely with sales and business leadership to drive growth and profitability
- Improve operational processes, productivity, and accountability through hands-on leadership
