Who you are:

• 12-15 years of experience in technical accounting, SEC reporting, or financial reporting within a public company environment
• Big4 background with deep exposure to complex, multi-entity organizations
• Proven ability to lead teams and advise executives on judgmental accounting matters
• Strong leadership experience managing high performing leaders
  
  
  

What you’ll do:

• Own quarterly and annual SEC reporting, including Form 10-K and 10-Q filings, disclosures, and review processes
• Serve as a trusted technical accounting advisor on complex areas such as revenue recognition, equity compensation, derivatives, and new transactions
• Lead technical accounting and purchase accounting support for multiple acquisitions each year across the full deal lifecycle
• Develop and lead a global accounting team while driving process improvement and automation initiatives
  
  
  

What does this position pay?

• Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and education.
• The expected range for this role is $190,000–$230,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
