What you will need:
- Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or Master’s from a top-tier school required.
- 10 years of progressive finance leadership, including CFO experience.
- 2–3 years in investment banking, Big 4 consulting, or management consulting.
- Strong foundation in FP&A, treasury/cash management, and accounting.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and drive process improvements.
- Low ego, collaborative leadership style aligned with a mission-driven culture.
- Build and scale FP&A team; implement advanced forecasting and reporting tools.
- Establish Treasury Management function and enhance cash forecasting.
- Oversee accounting operations, including payroll billing and tax compliance.
- Partner with executive leadership on budgeting, variance analysis, and strategic decision-making.
- Support board reporting (minimal fundraising/M&A involvement).
