Technical Project Manager

What you'll do:

• Manage and support phone systems across 20–30 hosted/VoIP call centers (8x8), including building out new systems and coordinating with the vendor on deployments and circuit needs.
• Handle telecom expense management, ensuring all telecom costs are coded and allocated correctly through Tango.
• Assist with operational changes, supporting other telecom analysts with moves, mergers, and acquisition-related telecom transitions.
  
  
  

Who you are:

5 Years of ExperienceWhat’s Next:

• Technical VoIP experience: understanding common VoIP protocols, networking protocols
• Telecom billing: working with ISP’s and being able to coordinate new circuits and decommissioning of circuits
• Telecom expense management and managing inventory – All done currently through tango
• Location: Austin, TX Onsite 5x a week

What does this position pay?

Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is $40-45hr. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
