Structural Drafter

We are seeking an experienced Structural Draftsperson that is extremely fluent in AutoCAD and has the ability to produce structural designs and details for residential and commercial buildings under tight time constraints. It is required for this person to have previous residential and commercial drafting experience. We are looking for a person who is very reliable, hardworking, and self-starter that enjoys a challenge. You would be joining an energetic In-Office team environment with potential for development and growth.

Requirements

• Required to be able to read, understand, and design/detail/produce structural drawings
• Familiarity in building codes and design standards
• Experienced in wood-framed construction
• Highly skilled in AutoCAD
• Strong writing/grammar skills
• Detail oriented
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, consultants, and contractors
• Able to communicate clearly and professionally with owners, builders, and internal team members
• In Office Position
