Protouch Staffing is seeking an experienced Stepdown / Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse for a 13-week assignment. Enjoy competitive weekly compensation, day shifts, and the opportunity to provide specialized intermediate care.

• Gross Weekly Pay: $2,125.24

• Location: Thomasville, GA

• Contract: 13 Weeks, with possible extension

• Start Date: November 16, 2026

• Schedule: 3x12 Days | 36 Hours/Week

• Shift Hours: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM

• Weekends: Every other weekend

• Holidays: Required

• Charting: Cerner

• Scrubs: Royal blue, not provided

• Requested Time Off: Minimal to none; must be disclosed before submission

• Gross Weekly Pay: $2,125.24

• Taxable Weekly Pay: $858.24

• Non-Taxable Weekly Stipends: $1,267

• Taxable Hourly Rate: $23.84/hour

• Overtime: After 40 hours per week

Required:

• Minimum 3 years of recent Stepdown nursing experience

• Intermediate to advanced cardiac monitoring

• Telemetry and IV insertion skills

• Current BLS and ACLS certifications

• Availability for every-other-weekend and holiday coverage

• Comfortable with Cerner electronic medical records

Preferred:

• Previous travel nursing experience

Traveler Eligibility:

• Candidates residing less than 30 miles from the assignment location are not eligible.

• Candidates residing 31-50 miles away may qualify at a local pay rate.

• Residence verification required.
