Setting: Outpatient Pediatrics

Schedule: Monday to Friday; 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (No weekends | No on-call)

Position Overview

We are seeking compassionate and motivated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in pediatric patients from birth through age 21.

This opportunity is ideal for experienced clinicians and Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates seeking to develop their skills within a supportive multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Provide evidence-based speech and language therapy.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, physicians, teachers, and other healthcare professionals.
• Educate families on home exercise programs and therapy strategies.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Participate in continuing education and professional development activities.
  
  

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Arkansas Speech-Language Pathologist License or eligibility for licensure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
