Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Provide evidence-based speech and language therapy.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, physicians, teachers, and other healthcare professionals.
- Educate families on home exercise programs and therapy strategies.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Participate in continuing education and professional development activities.
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Arkansas Speech-Language Pathologist License or eligibility for licensure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
