Job Description
We are seeking a Therapist is responsible for providing individual and group therapy sessions for the client. The position is responsible for assessing the therapeutic needs of individuals and families and for developing appropriate treatment. Therapists act as the primary contact for clients and families throughout the treatment process and serve as a client advocate with the treatment team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to determine client needs and appropriate interventions
- Provide individual therapy sessions at least once per week for each client on caseload
- Facilitate and/or co-facilitate group therapy sessions based on training and assignment
- Implement appropriate therapeutic interventions aligned with client treatment goals
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes, incident reports, and treatment updates
- Continuously assess and document client behavior, emotional status, and progress in treatment
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Actively pursuing state licensure (LMSW, LLMSW, LPC, LLPC, LMFT, LLMFT, LMHC, etc.)
- Within 6 months of eligibility for full clinical licensure
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Successful completion of all required background checks (criminal, DBHDS, VDSS, fingerprinting, TB test, etc.)
- Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

Salary : $60,000 - $90,000
