Position Summary

The Site Manager oversees the daily operations of the clinical trials facility, ensuring high-quality patient care, protocol compliance, and operational efficiency. This role manages clinical staff, coordinates with sponsors/CROs, and supports the successful execution of clinical trials.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily clinical trial operations, ensuring compliance with GCP, FDA, and ICH guidelines.
• Supervise, train, and mentor staff, fostering a collaborative and patient-focused environment.
• Serve as the primary contact for sponsors, CROs, and monitors; coordinate visits and audits.
• Oversee patient recruitment, informed consent, data quality, and study conduct.
• Track site performance, budgets, and administrative compliance.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or related field (Master's preferred).
• 3-5 years of clinical research experience, including 1-2 years in management.
• Strong knowledge of GCP, FDA regulations, and ICH guidelines.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience with multi-therapeutic trials and EDC/CTMS systems preferred.
