Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide clinical leadership, oversee treatment quality, mentor clinical staff, and support operational excellence. This role combines advanced clinical expertise with leadership responsibilities to ensure exceptional outcomes for children and families receiving ABA services.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Leadership & Oversight
Provide clinical oversight and guidance for client programs.
Monitor client progress and implement data-driven treatment modifications.
Maintain a focused caseload of complex or high-priority cases.
Develop, review, and oversee treatment plans and behavior intervention plans.
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and other clinical assessments.
Ensure individualized programming and high-quality service delivery.
Staff Supervision & Development
Supervise, mentor, and support BCBAs and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
Provide clinical consultation and guidance on challenging cases.
Lead staff trainings, case reviews, and clinical meetings.
Support professional growth and leadership development within the clinical team.
Quality Assurance & Compliance
Ensure compliance with BACB ethical standards and applicable regulations.
Review clinical documentation for accuracy, quality, and medical necessity.
Monitor adherence to insurance, state, and federal requirements.
Implement quality improvement initiatives and best practices.
Operational Support
Collaborate with leadership on staffing, scheduling, and caseload management.
Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts.
Support program development and organizational growth initiatives.
Family & Stakeholder Collaboration
Provide guidance and support to families.
Ensure effective parent training and engagement.
Collaborate with external providers and community partners as needed.
Qualifications
Active BCBA certification in good standing.
Active North Carolina LBA license (or ability to obtain licensure).
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, Education, or a related field.
Experience providing ABA services and supervising clinical staff.
Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
