Schedule
- Monday - Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Leave early on Fridays!)
We are hiring for a full-time Audiologist (Au.D.).
Job Requirements
- Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) degree
- Some audiology experience
- Integrity
- Strong diagnostic and testing skills
- An interest in and understanding of the broad range of technologies available to address the needs of hearing-impaired patients
- The ability to choose and properly dispense the hearing technology most appropriate for each patient
- Excellent patient management and communication skills
- The ability to prioritize and handle a high volume of patients
- The ability to interact professionally at all times with patients, physicians, and team members
- The ability to work in a team environment
- Perform comprehensive diagnostic hearing evaluations, tinnitus evaluations, amplification selection, fitting, and counseling patients and their families about hearing loss
- Make appropriate referrals, write reports, provide follow-up care, and maintain records to ensure optimal patient service
- Perform minor repairs and troubleshoot hearing device problems
