Job Roles And Responsibilities
- Conduct regular job site safety audits and ensure hazard remediation
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and company safety standards
- Supervise and mentor safety specialists
- Lead safety meetings, training sessions, and incident follow ups
- Manage safety documentation and compliance reporting
- Represent company during OSHA inspections
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and safety violations
- Coordinate safety programs including respirator compliance and industrial hygiene
- Support return to work programs and injury management
- Collaborate with field leadership to enforce safety practices
- 7 to 10 years of construction safety experience
- High school diploma required
- Bachelor's degree in Safety or related field preferred
- Knowledge of OSHA, DOT, and construction safety regulations
- OSHA 500 and OSHA 510 required
- CHST or CSP certification preferred
