🏥 Job Title: RN Home Health - Annapolis, MD (Local or Travel)
📅 Assignment Details
- Duration: 13 Weeks
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (40 hours per week)
- On-Call: Every other week (Saturday through Friday)
- Coverage Area: Grand Rapids west of 131, extending to Montague and Holland
- Guaranteed Hours: No guarantee, full-time hours available
- Productivity: 30 units per week
Location: Annapolis, MD
🩺 Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 2 years in Home Health
- HCHB (Homecare Homebase) & OASIS experience: Required
- License: Active RN License in the practicing state
- CPR Certification: Required
- Driver's License: Required
- Transportation: Must have reliable transportation and valid insurance
- CHPN Certification: Preferred
- Education:
- Graduate of an accredited Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program (Required)
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (Preferred)
- Homecare Homebase (HCHB) - Required
- OASIS - Required
- Strong clinical judgment and patient assessment skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Total Weekly Pay: $2,553
- Taxable Pay: $1,160/week
- Non-Taxable (Meals & Lodging): $1,393/week
