As a member of our mobile healthcare team, you will travel throughout your assigned territory to assess, treat, and manage lymphedema. You'll work independently while supported by a collaborative team of advanced practice providers, physicians, nurses and administrative staff.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive therapy assessments and develop individualized care plans related to treatment of lymphedema
- Administer Complete Decongestive Therapy
- Collaborate with physicians, home health providers, and other healthcare providers
- Educate patients and families on lymphedema management
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, treatments, and patient progress
- Recommend and measure patients for garments to manage lymphedema
- Current license to practice in CO
- Willing to travel throughout the Denver, CO location consistently
- Minimum of [2] years of therapy experience
- Current Certified Lymphedema Therapist certification preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Must have reliable transportation
- New graduates are also accepted
