Key Responsibilities
- Perform and oversee aesthetic treatments, including neurotoxin and dermal filler injections, laser services, and IV therapy
- Conduct consultations, develop personalized treatment plans, and ensure safe, effective results
- Provide medical oversight for weight loss and peptide therapy programs
- Collaborate with estheticians and support staff to ensure seamless patient care and an exceptional client experience
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and ensure compliance with state regulations
- Assist in business growth through patient education, treatment recommendations, and retention efforts
- Licensed PA or NP in the State of Arizona
- Experience in aesthetics, injectables, or wellness medicine is required
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
