We are seeking a dynamic Emergency Room RN to join our team. In this role, you will provide nursing care for patients ranging from minor injuries to acutely or critically ill cases while working collaboratively with the care team to deliver high-quality patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities
- Triage, assess, and treat patients of all ages
- Develop individualized patient care plans and expected outcomes
- Implement strategies and alternatives to achieve desired outcomes
- Manage multiple cases simultaneously while prioritizing patient needs
- Provide follow-up care instructions and necessary referrals
- Coordinate patient care with physicians and hospital departments
- Maintain a strong focus on patient safety and quality care
- Minimum 1 year of recent acute care experience in Med/Surg, PCU, ICU, or Emergency Department
- Florida RN license or approved multistate RN license (Compact license holders must obtain Florida license within 60 days after relocation)
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) - required within 30 days of start
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) - required within 90 days of start
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) - required within 90 days of start
- Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course (ENPC) - required within 6 months of start
- Nonviolent Crisis Intervention Certification - required within 6 months of start
- Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) - required within 6 months of start
- Shift Differentials:
- Nights: $4.25/hour
- Weekends: $3.00/hour (Friday 11 PM - Sunday 11 PM, minimum 4 productive hours required)
- Sign-On Bonus:
- $15,000 - Day Shift
- $10,000 - Night Shift
