Position Overview

We are seeking two motivated and reliable Registered Nurses (RNs) or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to serve as Ultra Mist Treatment Leads in a mobile wound care setting. This role involves operating Sanuwave Ultra Mist therapy devices to deliver prescribed treatments to patients across assigned service areas.

As a field-based position, the role requires independence, efficiency, and strong patient care skills. No prior Ultra Mist or advanced wound care experience is required as training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate Sanuwave Ultra Mist therapy devices in accordance with clinical protocols.
• Deliver wound care treatments as prescribed by NP/PA providers.
• Travel daily to patient locations within the designated service areas (50-100 miles/day).
• Document care provided using CharmHealth mobile EHR.
• Monitor patient progress and provide updates to the care team.
• Maintain equipment and adhere to infection control standards.
• Support interdisciplinary care coordination across the care team.
• Cross-train in ABI testing and general wound care as needed.
  
  

Qualifications

• Active Maryland RN license (DC and Virginia licenses preferred).
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Comfort with a mobile, independent role.
• Basic tech skills and a willingness to learn EHR systems.
• Strong time management and communication skills.
• Clean license with no active disciplinary actions.
  
  

Preferred Experience

• Home health, wound care, or mobile healthcare background.
• Experience with EHR systems.
