Core Responsibilities

  • Patient Care & Clinical Excellence
  • Conduct new patient evaluations and follow-up assessments
  • Identify root causes of pain, dysfunction, or performance limitations
  • Develop personalized treatment plans
  • Deliver hands-on care and approved therapies
  • Track progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
  • Maintain accurate and compliant documentation
  • Ensure an outstanding patient experience

  • Manual therapy and corrective exercise
  • Soft tissue therapies
  • Shockwave therapy
  • Laser therapy
  • Hyperbaric oxygen therapy
  • Spinal decompression / traction
  • Recovery and regenerative therapies
  • IV therapies and injections
  • Supplement protocols
  • Longevity and performance-focused care
  • Growth & Patient Retention
  • Present care plans clearly and confidently
  • Educate patients on treatment value and outcomes
  • Support membership and wellness program enrollment
  • Recommend appropriate therapies and services
  • Encourage long-term adherence and retention
