Position Overview
The Director of Clinical Services provides strategic and operational leadership for clinical programs, ensuring high-quality, client-centered care. The Director ensures compliance with regulatory standards while fostering a safe, therapeutic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee clinical program delivery to ensure safe, effective, and high-quality care
- Supervise and mentor licensed and associate-level clinicians in individual and group settings
- Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives across clinical programming
- Ensure residential programming is well-coordinated, staffed, and aligned with client needs
- Conduct and oversee treatment team meetings to support coordinated care planning
- Provide ongoing staff training on clinical practices, compliance, and cultural competency
- Maintain compliance with licensure, accreditation, and payer requirements
- Collaborate with utilization review teams to ensure an appropriate level of care and documentation
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and referral sources regarding treatment progress
- Represent and promote the organization's mission, vision, and values to internal and external stakeholders
- Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- Active clinical license (LISW, LPCC, LPC-MHSP, LCSW, or LMFT)
- Licensed to practice and provide clinical supervision in the State of Tennessee
- Minimum 5 years of experience in behavioral healthcare
- Experience in Mental Health and/or Substance Use Disorder (SUD) treatment preferred

Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
