Qualifications
- 7 years of law firm experience in real estate transactions
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters in a high-volume practice (and specifically must be able to handle drafting and negotiating of all lease types from start to finish)
- Excellent academic and communication skills
- Draft, review, and negotiate transactional real estate documents, including purchase agreements, leases, and financing agreements
- Conduct due diligence for acquisitions and dispositions of commercial properties
- Assist in structuring and closing real estate transactions, ensuring compliance with legal and financial requirements
- Collaborate with partners and clients to develop strategic solutions for real estate projects
- This group is consistently busy and highly collaborative, providing associates and partners with the opportunity to build robust client relationships while advancing their transactional skillset
- Direct exposure to partners and clients
- Annual reviews with potential for significant salary growth.
- Annual performance bonuses based on organizational and individual results.
