Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial real estate agreements, including leases, purchase/sale contracts, and development documents.
- Advise corporate clients on business formation, contract negotiation, governance, and general corporate matters.
- Oversee commercial property acquisitions, dispositions, and financing transactions.
- Perform due diligence and guide clients through closing processes.
- Education & License: Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school; active license to practice law in Ohio.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years practicing law, with a strong, hands-on focus in commercial real estate and general corporate matters.
- Skills: Solid drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- $90k-$140k DOE
