Position Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Psychologist to join our clinical services team. The Psychologist will conduct psychological evaluations, determine service eligibility, and provide counseling to individuals and families.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological evaluations, interviews, and assessments to diagnose developmental, emotional, or behavioral disorders.
• Prepare written diagnostic reports and develop individualized treatment recommendations.
• Provide counseling and consultation to individuals, families, and staff.
• Monitor and evaluate service providers to ensure quality of care.
• Oversee intake timelines and assist in coordinating services under Lanterman Act guidelines.
• Prepare statistical and required compliance reports.
  
  

Qualifications

• Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Psychology | Licensed (or license-eligible) Psychologist in the State of CA.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing testing, evaluation, and consultation to individuals with developmental, physical, or emotional disabilities.
• At least 1 year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Valid California Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
