Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult patients
- Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Perform routine physicals and preventive care visits
- Coordinate care with specialists and care teams
- Maintain accurate EMR documentation
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- MD or DO degree
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in IM or FP
- Active Texas medical license (or eligibility)
- Outpatient or primary care experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Commitment to in-person clinical practice
