Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient-centered physical therapy services in accordance with professional standards
- Perform evaluations and develop evidence-based treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress
- Educate patients and families, including home exercise programs
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
- Demonstrate strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills
- Exercise independent clinical judgment when appropriate
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active, unencumbered Physical Therapist license (or pending licensure; board exam scheduled within 6 months acceptable)
