Position Overview

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join a busy outpatient rehabilitation clinic. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centered physical therapy services in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. Providers benefit from established referral sources, integrated clinical records, and access to imaging and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered physical therapy services in accordance with professional standards
• Perform evaluations and develop evidence-based treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress
• Educate patients and families, including home exercise programs
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
• Demonstrate strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills
• Exercise independent clinical judgment when appropriate
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Active, unencumbered Physical Therapist license (or pending licensure; board exam scheduled within 6 months acceptable)
