Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide mostly one-on-one patient care sessions
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress
- Collaborate with support staff and therapy aides for treatment progression
- Educate patients on recovery, injury prevention, and home exercise programs
- Utilize clinical judgment to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), Master of Physical Therapy (MPT), or equivalent
- Active California Physical Therapist license or eligibility required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Foreign-trained Physical Therapists encouraged to apply
