Job Type: Full-Time/Part-time (On-site)

Setting: Outpatient Physical Therapy Clinic

Patient Population: 16 to 75 years old.

Schedule: Typical split clinic schedule

• 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM (No weekends/No holidays)
  
  

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join an outpatient physical therapy team serving patients in the Raleigh/Durham area. The PTA will assist in delivering high-quality rehabilitation services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, helping patients improve mobility, manage pain, and recover from injuries.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently across multiple clinic locations, providing patient-centered care while maintaining strong communication with supervising physical therapists.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans established by supervising Physical Therapists
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation programs
• Monitor patient progress and report updates to supervising therapists
• Educate patients on exercises, recovery techniques, and injury prevention
• Ensure patient safety during therapeutic procedures
• Travel between clinic locations as needed
  
  

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
• Active North Carolina PTA license
• Minimum 2 years of outpatient or rehabilitation experience
• Ability to work independently and manage patient care responsibilities
