Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

We are hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for an established outpatient orthopedic clinic located in Gardena, California, committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based rehabilitation services. The ideal candidate will work closely with licensed Physical Therapists to implement individualized treatment plans and help patients improve mobility, strength, and overall functional independence.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans developed by supervising Physical Therapists
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation programs
• Assist with functional training and mobility improvement activities
• Monitor, document, and report patient progress accurately
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  
  

Qualifications

• Active PTA license (or eligibility for licensure in California)
• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative clinical environment
