As a PTA or OTA specializing in lymphedema care, you will assist licensed therapists in delivering high-quality treatment to patients with chronic lymphatic conditions. You will provide hands-on therapeutic interventions, support patient progress, and help improve functional outcomes.

Your Role
As a PTA or OTA specializing in lymphedema care, you will assist licensed therapists in delivering high-quality treatment to patients with chronic lymphatic conditions. You will provide hands-on therapeutic interventions, support patient progress, and help improve functional outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation of individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising Physical or Occupational Therapist.
- Provide direct hands-on care and therapeutic interventions for lymphedema management.
- Collaborate closely with PTs or OTs to ensure consistent and effective patient care.
- Document patient progress accurately and maintain comprehensive clinical records.
- Comply with all regulatory, safety, and infection control standards.
- Graduate of an accredited PTA or OTA program.
- Active Florida PTA or OTA license.
- Minimum of 1 year of home health experience (required); lymphedema experience (preferred).
- Current CPR certification.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Proficient in clinical documentation and computer use.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
- Lymphedema certification (CLT) is mandatory.
