Personal Lines Producer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and generate new personal lines business through referrals, networking, and community engagement
• Build and maintain relationships with referral partners such as mortgage brokers, real estate professionals, and financial advisors
• Conduct client risk assessments and recommend suitable coverage solutions
• Present and bind policies, including homeowners, auto, umbrella, flood, and specialty personal lines coverage
• Review existing policies and identify opportunities to enhance or expand coverage
• Work closely with carrier partners to obtain competitive quotes and place business
• Maintain accurate client records within the agency management system
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high levels of client support and retention
• Contribute to business growth goals and production targets
  
  

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (state-specific)
• 2 years of experience in personal lines insurance sales or production preferred
• Strong understanding of personal lines coverages, including homeowners, auto, umbrella, and related policies
• Proven ability to generate new business through referrals and relationship building
• Strong communication and consultative sales skills
• Experience working with multiple insurance carriers and quoting platforms preferred
• Familiarity with agency management systems (e.g., AMS platforms) is a plus
