Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive speech, language, communication, and feeding evaluations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient's needs.
- Provide evidence-based speech and language therapy to pediatric patients.
- Treat children with conditions including:
- Cerebral Palsy
- Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Developmental Delays
- Childhood Apraxia of Speech
- Speech Sound Disorders
- Fluency Disorders
- Pediatric Feeding Disorders
- Genetic Disorders
- Sensory Processing Disorders
- Work within specialized programs including:
- Feeding Therapy
- Augmentative & Alternative Communication (AAC)
- Early Intervention
- Baby Clinic
- LIFE Skills Groups
- Educate families on home exercise programs and treatment strategies.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and insurance records.
- Participate in weekly interdisciplinary team meetings.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, educators, and caregivers to optimize patient outcomes.
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active Arizona Speech-Language Pathologist License.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
- Current Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card.
- Current CPR & First Aid Certification.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Pediatric therapy experience preferred but not required.
