Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric patients.
- Provide evidence-based interventions to improve gross motor skills, strength, balance, coordination, gait, and functional mobility.
- Educate families and caregivers on home exercise programs, positioning, and strategies to support developmental progress.
- Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to coordinate high-quality patient care.
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
- Current and unrestricted California Physical Therapist license.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.
- 1-2 years of experience working with pediatric population
- Experience treating pediatric patients in an outpatient or rehabilitation setting.
- Experience working with children with developmental delays, neurological disorders, orthopedic conditions, or genetic syndromes.
- New graduates are also accepted
