Role Description
We are seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist for a part-time, on-site role at our Chula Vista, CA location and within the Chula Vista School District. Responsibilities include evaluating and developing tailored treatment plans for pediatric patients, implementing therapeutic interventions, and guiding patients in rehabilitation processes. This role involves collaboration with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to enhance the development and functionality of children under our care.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Pediatric Physical Therapy and general Physical Therapy practices
- Knowledge of Medicine and Pediatrics as they pertain to therapeutic care
- Experience in Rehabilitation and patient-centered therapeutic approaches
- Ability to work effectively with children, families, and other healthcare providers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Doctorate or Bachelor's/Master's degree in Physical Therapy
- Prior experience in pediatric physical therapy is preferred
