Part-Time Licensed Therapist (LMFT/LCSW/LPCC) - Apple Valley, CA

Job Type: Part-time. Typical windows available:
Flexible scheduling (mix of telehealth and in-person)
Mon-Fri: 9:00 a.m -6:00 p.m. (clinicians choose blocks within this range)
Clinicians can set fixed weekly blocks (e.g., M/W/F 10-2 or T/Th 1-6).
Facility: Private outpatient mental-health practice offering in-person and telehealth services.
Patient age: Children, adolescents, adults, and couples.
Expected Patient Load: 10-20 sessions/week
Procedures/Services Provided
Individual Psychotherapy
Couples Therapy
Family Therapy
(Psychologists) Psychological testing/evaluations as applicable
Telehealth and in-person appointments
Responsibilities:
Provide individual and couples psychotherapy sessions (in-person or via telehealth
Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plan
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in EHR
Collaborate with other clinicians and staff to coordinate care
Participate in team meetings and trainings to support continuous growth
Requirements:
Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field
New Graduates are also accepted.
Active and valid California license: LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC
Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience
Excellent communication, time management, and documentation skills
Experience serving diverse populations
Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred but not required
Proficiency with telehealth platforms and EHR systems
