We are seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Orthopedic Hand Surgeon to join a well-established physician-owned multi-specialty surgical hospital and clinic in Altoona, WI. Physicians can choose from multiple practice models, including hospital employment, group practice, or independent contractor arrangements.
ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and treat conditions affecting the hand, wrist, and upper extremities
Perform surgical and non-surgical orthopedic procedures
Provide high-quality, patient-centered care
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals
Maintain accurate patient documentation and treatment plans
Participate in practice growth and community outreach initiatives
Contribute to a collaborative and efficient clinical environment
MD or DO degree required
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery with Hand Surgery specialization
Strong clinical and surgical skills
Commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork
Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-specialty setting
Guaranteed base salary in the first year based on MGMA data
