Optometrist (New Graduates Accepted)

Job Type: Full-Time (Onsite)

Practice Setting: Outpatient/Private Practice Optometry

Schedule: Monday - Friday (possible Saturdays) | 7-8 Hour Patient Care Days

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Optometrist to provide full-scope optometry care in a patient-focused outpatient setting. This role involves performing comprehensive eye exams, diagnosing and managing ocular conditions, and delivering personalized treatment plans while collaborating with clinical teams to ensure high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive eye examinations and vision assessments
• Diagnose and manage ocular diseases and conditions
• Prescribe corrective lenses including glasses and contact lenses
• Provide full-scope optometry care, including medical optometry services
• Develop and implement individualized patient treatment plans
• Collaborate with clinical and optical staff to enhance patient experience
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using EMR systems
• Ensure high standards of patient care and clinical excellence
  
  

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree (required)
• Active or eligible Optometry license in California
• Open to new graduates and experienced candidates
• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Patient-focused and compassionate approach to care
