Location: Moonachie, New Jersey

Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site

Schedule: 3 shifts/week, 8am-8pm, every other weekend, no on-call

About The Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality care to pediatric and young adult patients. This role includes diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions, prescribing medications, developing treatment plans, and delivering patient-centered education.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and physical exams
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Develop individualized treatment plans and provide follow-up care
• Maintain accurate and timely EHR documentation
• Educate and support patients and their families
• Participate in ongoing quality-improvement initiatives
  
  

Qualifications

• Active NP license in New Jersey
• Experience in pediatric and primary care settings
• Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from an accredited program (Preferred)
• Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
• Familiarity with EHR systems
• CPR and BLS certifications
  
  

Patient Details

Ages: Pediatrics 0-18; Adults (younger population)

Patient Volume: ~2-4 patients per hour
