Responsibilities
- Perform patient assessments, physical exams, and review medical histories
- Diagnose and manage common acute and chronic conditions
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Prescribe medications as permitted by applicable laws and guidelines
- Provide patient and family education
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Coordinate care with physicians and healthcare professionals
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care
- Current, valid Maryland NP or PA license
- Appropriate national certification
- Pediatric experience preferred
- New graduates and providers with up to 2 years of experience welcome
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to work effectively with patients, families, physicians, and staff
- Current prescribing authority/DEA registration, as applicable
