We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a long-term care facility in Kane, PA. The LPN will work under the RN Supervisor as a Wing Supervisor, responsible for delivering quality resident care, supervising Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and ensuring compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitor and document resident conditions and vitals
- Transcribe physician orders in EMR/EHR system
- Supervise and support CNAs in daily care activities
- Update care plans and complete monthly summaries
- Assist with physician rounds and clinical procedures
- Maintain accurate documentation and incident reports
- Ensure infection control and safety compliance
- Maintain narcotics counts and treatment supplies
- Provide direct resident care when required
- Active LPN/LVN license (or eligibility in Pennsylvania)
- New graduates are welcome
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work night shifts in a long-term care setting
