Key Responsibilities
- Provide in-person therapy and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Document sessions and manage a caseload of approximately 20 clients per week.
- Assess client needs and refer to other services when necessary.
- Participate in occasional team meetings.
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
- Active LPC or LCSW license in Pennsylvania.
- Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
- Flexible scheduling, full-time or part-time options.
