About The Role

🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group therapy for anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health conditions.
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations, developing personalized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive client care.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and prepare reports for insurance compliance.
- Provide crisis intervention support and coordinate referrals as needed.
- PhD or PsyD in Psychology from an accredited program
- Active Texas Psychologist (LP) license
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience, including assessment, therapy, and diagnosis
- W2 employment
