Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time (Hybrid Remote)

Practice Setting: Outpatient Mental Health / Private Practice

Schedule: Tuesday-Friday | Weekend Shifts Optional | Flexible Hybrid Schedule (30 Hours/Week)

Job Summary

We are seeking a fully licensed Outpatient Therapist to join a supportive and collaborative private practice in Kernersville, NC. The therapist will provide evidence-based therapy services to individuals, couples, and families in a flexible hybrid work environment focused on clinician wellness and sustainable caseloads.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical assessments and develop treatment plans
• Provide individual, family, and couples therapy
• Support clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate with providers and referral sources
• Participate in team consultation and professional development
  
  

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina license required (LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, PsyD, or Licensed Psychologist)
• Fully licensed clinician required
• Strong outpatient therapy and documentation skills
• Trauma-informed and culturally responsive approach preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
