Position Summary

We are seeking Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) to provide outpatient behavioral health services across multiple clinic locations. These roles support integrated, patient-centered mental health care within a collaborative primary care environment.

Compensation

• Compensation negotiable based on experience and location

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy services
• Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans
• Diagnose and treat mental health conditions within scope of licensure
• Collaborate with primary care providers and interdisciplinary care teams
• Provide crisis intervention and brief counseling as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR
• Coordinate care with community agencies and support services
  
  

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
• Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license or license-eligible
• Experience in outpatient or integrated behavioral health preferred
• Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment
  
  

Work Schedule & Environment

• Outpatient behavioral health clinic setting
• Monday-Friday schedule
• No weekends or on-call duties (unless negotiated)
