Social Worker/Therapist (Hybrid role) - Columbia, MD

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: $50,000-$65,000 per year

Schedule: Hybrid (Monday and Friday WFH) and Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays work from the office. Typically 11:00 AM-7:00 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate IOP Therapist / Treatment Coordinator to provide therapeutic services to children, adolescents (ages 8-18), and their families. The position involves individual, group, and family therapy, treatment coordination, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary clinical team. Services are delivered through a hybrid virtual and in-person model.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy.
• Manage a caseload of up to 10 IOP participants.
• Develop and monitor treatment and discharge plans.
• Coordinate care with families, schools, and outpatient providers.
• Collaborate with therapists, psychiatrists, and other clinical professionals.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and participate in daily team meetings.
  
  

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
• Maryland clinical license, such as LGPC, LMSW, or LGPAT, or a pending eligible license application.
• Experience working with children and adolescents preferred.
• Strong communication, clinical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain confidentiality
