Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and health histories.
- Administer intravenous (IV), subcutaneous (SQ), and intramuscular (IM) medications.
- Ensure safe and accurate medication administration, following evidence-based protocols and safety standards.
- Perform and manage vascular access procedures, including venipuncture and PICC line dressing changes.
3-5 years of RN experience required
Atleast 2 Year Of Oncology Experience Required
- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or ability to obtain upon hire.
- Proficiency in establishing and managing IV access, including peripheral lines and central devices.
- Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
- Fully vaccinated in accordance with applicable legal requirements (exemptions considered case-by-case).
