Job Roles And Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for wire bonding systems and related equipment.
- Troubleshoot complex system and equipment issues to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform equipment testing, calibration, and system validation.
- Support integration of software and hardware components for wire bonding systems.
- Assist with process optimization and continuous improvement of equipment performance.
- Interpret technical schematics, system diagnostics, and engineering documentation.
- Work directly with customers to resolve technical issues and support system operations.
- Maintain accurate service reports, troubleshooting documentation, and system records.
- Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to improve system functionality and reliability.
- Provide support during equipment installation, maintenance, and operational assessments.
- Experience in technical support and troubleshooting of complex equipment.
- Knowledge of electrical engineering concepts including circuit design and system diagnostics.
- Understanding of mechanical engineering systems including mechatronics and automation.
- Hands on experience with equipment testing, calibration, and system troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with software systems or software development related to technical equipment.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross functional teams.
- Willingness to travel for customer support and system service activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field or equivalent experience.
