We Hope To Find An Attorney With Experience
- Consulting with and advising clients on estate planning, business succession planning, wealth transfer planning, charitable planning, estate and trust administration, tax planning, liquidity planning, asset protection planning and related work;
- Drafting documents to implement all such planning;
- Preparing federal estate and gift tax returns (including complex reporting and valuation issues); and
- Assisting clients in the establishment of private foundations and other charitable vehicles.
- 3 - 7 years of legal experience, with significant exposure to estate, succession and tax planning for high net worth clientele.
- Knowledge of estate tax, gift tax, generation-skipping transfer tax, income tax and corporate / partnership tax.
- Experience with more advanced estate, charitable and wealth transfer planning techniques.
- Ability to efficiently research tax and legal matters, draft documents, issue spot, develop and propose solutions.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Applicants must currently be licensed, or currently eligible to become licensed, to practice law in Nebraska.
