- Works with manager and team leaders in ongoing analysis and evaluation of patient care delivery to provide high-quality patient care cost-effectively.
- Continually evaluates with others, core processes for redesign and reengineering to improve operations, reduce cost, reduce cycle time, enhance service, and improve performance.
- Participates in budget preparation/monitoring and identification of workload variability to predict and plan for appropriate staffing to enhance productivity/efficiency and maintain quality care.
- Oversees all planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; approving/denying time off; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems
- Graduate of a Respiratory Care Program.
- Baccalaureate degree in related service lines and/or Business Administration.
- Prefer 3 years of Cardiopulmonary Management experience
- Minimum 3- 5 years of clinical experience in the related field of service
- Current Iowa Respiratory Care Practitioners License
- NBRC Credentials
- Iowa Mandatory Reporter - Child and Dependent Adult Abuse Certificates
