Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive dental examinations, diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide preventive, restorative, and cosmetic dental treatments using biocompatible materials.
- Deliver patient-centered care with an emphasis on minimally invasive dentistry.
- Educate patients on oral health, nutrition, preventive care, and the connection between oral and overall health.
- Utilize, or be willing to learn, advanced treatment modalities such as ozone therapy, laser dentistry, and other minimally invasive techniques.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with professional and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with the dental team to provide an exceptional patient experience and high-quality clinical outcomes.
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
- Active North Carolina Dental License or eligibility for licensure.
- Strong clinical, diagnostic, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Passion for patient-centered, preventive, and comprehensive dental care.
- Experience in holistic or biological dentistry is preferred but not required.
- Willingness to learn and incorporate advanced treatment technologies and minimally invasive techniques into clinical practice.
